A studio with a never-build list

Vorcu Labs is an independent product studio in New York, established in 2026. We build single-purpose software for one operational job at a time — and we write down what we will never add before we write the code.

You already know the expansion trap: the tool you liked grows a sidebar, the price grows a per-seat line, and the job you hired it for is buried under features you didn’t ask for. We would rather finish the tool. Depth over breadth.

How we work

We design, build, and operate our own products, including billing, support, and finding customers. If a product is listed here, it is ours. We scale by adding another finished product, not by turning one product into a platform.

What we don’t do

This is not an agency and not a custom software shop. We don’t staff client teams, and we don’t take on work that exists only for one company. We also don’t charge by the seat, and we don’t let a product become a collaboration suite because a roadmap asked nicely. The catalog is the work.
