Vorcu Labs is operated by Vorcu Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to these terms. They cover the institutional site only: the studio story, the catalog, and these legal pages.

What this site is

vorcu.co describes the studio and the products we publish. It is information, not a product, not an account, and not a place to accept or sign anything. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell software until you are on that product’s own site, under that product’s own terms.

Products

Each live product is a separate service. Pacts is governed by the terms at pacts.io/legal/terms and the privacy notice at pacts.io/legal/privacy. Using a product means agreeing to that product’s terms, not substituting these.

Use of this site

You may view and share pages from this site. You may not:

• scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site or its hosting;
• misrepresent yourself as Vorcu Labs, or imply a partnership we have not agreed;
• copy the site in a way that competes with it, beyond ordinary quoting and linking.

Intellectual property

The Vorcu Labs name, the bull mark, product names, and the content on this site are used to identify the studio. You do not get a licence to use them as your own, except for ordinary nominative reference — linking to us, or saying you use a product we publish.

This website is not legal, tax, or professional advice. Product pages describe what the software does. They are not a warranty that using it will satisfy a regulator, a counterparty, or a court.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as-is, for information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may change or take down pages at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business, or data, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for claims relating to this website is limited to USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts for disputes are the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
