Vorcu Labs is operated by Vorcu Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This page is about the institutional website only — the pages that describe the studio and the catalog. It is not the privacy policy for any product we ship.

Pacts, for example, has its own policy at pacts.io/legal/privacy, because that product collects different data for a different purpose. If you use a Vorcu Labs product, that product’s notice governs that use.

What this site is

vorcu.co is a static site. It does not require an account, it does not include a contact form, and it does not run advertising or product-analytics trackers. If you want to reach us, you send an email.

What we collect

On this website we handle a small amount of technical data:

• Hosting logs. When you load a page, our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) may record the request: IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, and time. We use this for security and to keep the site running — not to build a profile of you.
• Email you send us. If you write to hello@vorcu.co, we receive whatever you put in that message, and we keep it long enough to reply and to run the studio.

We do not sell personal information. We do not buy lists. We do not serve ads on this site.

Cookies

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If your browser stores anything while you visit, it is not something we use to identify you across sessions.

Who processes it

Google Firebase Hosting serves the site and holds the operational logs that come with that. Those systems run in the United States. We do not pass website visitors to other processors for marketing.

How long we keep it

Hosting logs are kept only as long as the hosting provider retains them for security and operations. Email you send us is kept as long as the conversation (and ordinary studio records) require.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to our holding it. For this website, that is usually an email thread you started, if any. Write to hello@vorcu.co and we will respond within one month.

If you accepted terms through Pacts, or you have a Pacts account, that request belongs with Pacts — start at pacts.io/legal/privacy.

Children

This website is for a business audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data here.

Changes

If we change how this website handles personal data, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be written in plain language, not buried.
