Companies that send the same standard terms to every customer — terms of service, privacy policies, BAAs, DPAs, acceptable-use policies. Legal, engineering, and ops all need the record. None of them should need a spare seat to see it.

The stall

The customer already agreed in the meeting. Then the DPA or terms go out “to sign,” and a lawyer loop starts — redlines on text that was never meant to be negotiated, while the work stays parked. The other option is a contract suite: more tabs, more seats, more software than the job.
